I want you to be happy with your gear. If something’s not right, here’s how it works.
Faulty or not as described
If your item arrives faulty, damaged or not as described, get in touch at info@blackwaxx.co with your order number and a photo. I'll refund you in full or replace the item, and I'll cover the return postage.
Change of mind
If you change your mind, you can return an item within 14 days of delivery. It needs to be unused, in the same condition you received it and in its original packaging. You cover the return postage. Once I've received and checked the item, I'll refund the purchase price to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Original shipping charges aren't refunded.
Vintage items
Vintage drums are described and photographed as accurately as I can. The photos show the exact drum you're buying. Signs of age that are shown or described in the listing aren't considered faults.
How to return something
Email info@blackwaxx.co first so I can confirm the return and give you the address. Please don't send items back to the manufacturer.
Your rights under Australian Consumer Law
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. Nothing in this policy limits those rights.
